Voicemail Screening 
Allows you to listen to a voicemail message as the person is recording it and pick up the phone call if you want to talk to that person.

Camp-On 
If you are on the phone, a caller can request that the phone system calls them back as soon as you are off the phone. You are then automatically connected with that caller.

Outlook Contact Sync 
Gives you the ability to seamlessly sync contacts between Outlook and your PBXact phone system

The customer support representative will troubleshoot customer issues, including supporting phones, applications, hardware and software. A strong background in Linux is preferred.

Special considerations, including higher salary grades, are given to support representatives with a background in programming and system administration, as we encourage our employees to work on projects outside of the scope of their support duties.

Outside Reseller Westcoast Sales Manager
