Over the last 6 months we have been heavily focused on expanding the PBXact documentation. One
of the ways we accomplished this was by launching a Knowledgebase which is available to all PBXact and PBXtended
customers as well as resellers. Our focus with this knowledgebase is to give you a one stop source
for How-To guides and Troubleshooting information. We have provided not only documentation on each module but also real world
examples to walk you through the setup process. In true Schmooze Com fashion we have also
taken it to the next level by including video examples for each module.
